The truth behind foreign tourists in homeless shelters in Medellín

In Medellín, more than 40 foreign tourists have been identified staying in shelters intended for the homeless.
The Social Line 123 has received requests for assistance, with men from Argentina leading the list with 11 cases, followed by nine from Ecuador.
Cases have also been reported from the United States, Chile, Brazil, Costa Rica, Canada, Albania, Norway, Bolivia, Cuba, and other unidentified nationalities.
These are the official figures, but in my opinion, there are more Americans, and this is becoming a serious problem.
