Is Bogotá the best city in South America?

I recently watched a very popular video from Nomad Capitalist that said Bogotá is better than Buenos Aires, Panama City, Mexico City, and Santiago de Chile. I agree, I live here instead of Medellín. Many people hate Bogotá (including Colombians).

But they don't know what I'm going to share today: the best thing about Bogotá, for those seeking to experience a luxurious lifestyle, the city offers surprising and affordable options. One of the most exclusive neighborhoods is Rosales, known for its elegant buildings and proximity to embassies, shopping centers, and high-end restaurants.

The foreigner in the video mentioned that Buenos Aires was too far away for doing business and such, he didn’t like Santiago, couldn’t understand why people like Panama, and thought Mexico City was wonderful but found it difficult to buy property or settle down there.
