Is there hatred towards gringos in Medellín?

I've seen many tweets from people complaining about gringos because they go out with prostitutes and party until 6 a.m. in Medellín.

There's a video I don’t fully understand—apparently, they’re complaining because the women are underage, but the truth is no one knows if they are or not.
